"This review concerns my personal experience with the Chase Colgain State Farm office in Kingsville, Maryland.
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I repeatedly requested clear answers and documentation concerning automobile coverage, premium charges, vehicle changes, and billing. I was asked more than once to resend information I had already provided, and I experienced telephone interactions with Chase that I considered rude and unprofessional, including calls being ended while I was trying to address my concerns.
I also had concerns regarding policy actions and communications involving my wife.
After being unable to resolve these issues directly, I filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Insurance Administration so the policy history, billing records, communications, and conduct can be independently reviewed.
This review reflects my personal experience. Insurance customers deserve clear documentation, respectful communication, and complete answers when questions involve their coverage and money."
